Our handmade custom oil paintings are very affordable. Price is based on the size of the painting and the complexity of the painting – i.e. number of subjects and figures in the painting. Click here to see the complete price list.
♦ Does the price quoted include anything else?
Price quoted includes a professionally crafted painting. We also include free polishing which will give the painting a finishing touch to protect your unique painting for years of enjoyment. Ready-to-hang gallery wraps and frames are optional with additional cost.
♦ What are the acceptable methods of payment?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Master, Discover, and American Express. We also accept PayPal, eChecks, personal checks, and money orders. All payments are proceeded by PayPal secured payments.
♦ Is your online payment secured?
Our online payment is hosted and processed by PayPal Business - an eBay company. PayPal is a secured and reliable online payment merchant.
♦ If I do not wish to place an order online, can I order and pay any other ways?

♦ What is the typical turnaround time?
Turnaround time depends on the size and complexity of the painting as well as if modification is needed.
Although we encourage our professional artists to pay attentions to every detail possible to make your painting a masterpiece, we also understand you are eager to see your new art collection to arrive at your door as soon as possible. Our regular turnaround time is as little as 14 days plus shipping time.

Shipping charge is only $25 per item regardless of size and weight; therefore, we cannot combine shipping charge although your items could be combined in one package.
♦ Can I combine two photos into one painting?
You can send in multiple pictures with special instructions on how you like to combine and modify the photos into a single painting. If you need help on composing the painting, our creative artists can help you design a composition that fit your unique taste.
♦ What other magic can your artists do to make an ordinary photo into a special painting?
Our creative artists can combine multiple images into one painting. They can alter the look and feel of the original painting, i.e. change the background and color. We can paint a rich colored painting from a black and white picture. We can even integrate your image into a famous painting as long as there is no copyright being infringed.
♦ What kind of photo should I sent?
You can choose from many different subjects. For example, wedding, children, vacation, friends and family gathering, special occasions, pets, automobiles, architecture, sceneries, and more.
♦ How do I determine what is a good photo?
A good workable photo should be clear and crisp so the artist can see a good amount of details. If your photo is digital, we recommend the resolution should be at least 600 pixels or file size of 1 MB. The higher the resolution the better details will show. If you are sending in a traditional printed photo, our recommended size is 4x6” or larger.
♦ What digital file format should my photo be?
We accept digital format of JPEG, GIF, BMP, PDF or TIFF. We recommend the resolution should be at least 600 pixels or file size of 1 MB. The higher the resolution the better details will show.
♦ What is the price difference between "Roll in Tube", "Gallery Wrap" and "Frame"? Roll In Tube
If you choose Roll in Tube, no formatting for the painting, there is no extra charge for this option.
If you choose to have your painting formatted and stretched in Gallery Wrap, additional charge will applied. Gallery Wrap
Gallery Wrap paintings is available for Oil Painting Only. Gallery Wrap Paintings are Ready-to-hang and no or minimal hardware installation required. Gallery wrap paintings present a modern gallery look to your space. When you received your gallery wrapped paintings, you simply unbox and hang your paintings. Frame
Framed paintings are Ready-to-hang and no or minimal hardware installation required. Framed Paintings are avaialble to all mediums. Framed painting create a more traditional touch to your space. When you received your framed paintings, you simply unbox and hang your painting.
♦ Can I preview my painting before it is shipped to me?
Yes, we provide a Digital Preview for our customers before the paintings are shipped. Please note customers must provide a valid email address and must have internet connection to be able to use this service.
♦ What is a digital preview?
A digital preview allow our customer to get a sneak peek of the painting before it is shipped. Customers will receive an email notification when the digital preview is available online. Customers will be asked to either confirm the approval for shipping or comments for modification.
